Official Ticket Trading

We are conducting official Tixplus Plaza trading for tickets purchased through "AIM Member Priority Reservation (Lottery)", "Official Website/SNS Advance Reservation", and "AIM Member Equipment Seat Release Lottery Reception".
If you are suddenly unable to attend a concert, please use Tixplus official trading service, where you can trade at the regular price with peace of mind.

Transfers and resales outside of official ticket trades are strictly prohibited. Reselling or transferring tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or purpose. If we find that tickets have been purchased from any other than official sales outlets (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, sales on message boards, scalpers, etc.), the tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry, even if they were sold at the list price. If resales are discovered, your winning rights will be invalidated and no refunds will be made for the ticket price.

There have been many cases of trouble caused by tickets purchased on ticket resale sites. The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any trouble caused by purchasing tickets from any other outlet than the official sales outlet, so please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official sales method to prevent fraud and other damage.

Information about numbered tickets

For merchandise sales at the venue of AIMYON TOUR 2024-2025 “Dolphin Apart”, we will be introducing merchandise numbered tickets (using the LINE app) to prevent long waiting times, reduce congestion, and take measures against temperature.
Numbered tickets will be accepted for each performance, so if you wish to use them, please read the notes and apply.
