Merchandise will be sold at the venue at AIMYON TOUR 2024-25 “Dolphin Apart”.

If you are planning to use the merchandise sales service, please check before coming to the venue.

In addition, for the additional performances, in order to reduce long waiting times and congestion, we will be implementing advance online reservations for pick-up at the venue and introducing numbered tickets for merchandise (using the LINE app).

If you wish to use this service, please check the details and precautions before applying.






Regarding online pre-sale for pick-up at the venue

Advance registration and collection at the venue will be available exclusively to AIM members. Applications and payments will be accepted in advance, and items will be handed over at the venue.

◼︎About receiving numbered tickets

First reception: Lottery reception.AIM Members OnlyYes, you can.

Second reception: Anyone can use it.

*Depending on the application status, we may not accept the second round of applications.

*Numbered tickets can only be used by customers who have a ticket for the day of the performance. We will check your ticket for the day of the performance when you enter. If you do not have a ticket, please note that you will be guided to merchandise sales after the show begins.

*One numbered ticket is required per person.

Children under elementary school age and those who require support can enter together with one numbered ticket.

*This is a numbered ticket to prevent long wait times, reduce congestion, and take measures against the temperature. Please note that it does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the product you want.

*Customers who do not have a numbered ticket can purchase one before or after the doors open on the day of the performance.

For those who do not have a numbered ticket, the opening time will be announced in the information on the day of each performance.

●In order to prevent long wait times, reduce congestion, and take measures against temperature, we will be introducing numbered tickets for merchandise (using the LINE app).

There will also be time set aside to guide customers who do not have or were unable to obtain a numbered ticket.

●On the day of the show, priority will be given to customers with tickets for the day until the show starts. After the show starts, customers without tickets can also enter the venue.

●Please take precautions against the weather and temperature and come fully prepared.

●When lining up to make a purchase, reserving spots or cutting in line is prohibited.

●It is expected to be crowded before the doors open.

●Please limit your purchase to one transaction per person at the counter. If you are making multiple payments, we will ask you to move to the end of the line again.

●Please be sure to check the product, color, size, quantity, and change you have ordered at the counter.

Once you have left the sales floor, we cannot accommodate requests for changes to products or sizes or for insufficient change.

●There will be a purchase limit for each product. Please check at the venue.

●If the product you purchased is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product. (Size or product cannot be changed.)

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on purchased products.

We will ask you to show your receipt when we assist you, so please make sure to bring it with you. If you do not have a receipt, we will be unable to assist you.

●In the unlikely event that you notice a defective product after the performance has ended, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that if the above period has passed, we may not be able to respond as we will not be able to determine whether the product is defective or not.

●Shopping bags will not be provided. Please bring your own bags to take your groceries home.

●We plan to continue selling goods after the show, but since there is a limit to the number of items that can be sold on the day of the show, if the products are sold out, merchandise sales will end at that point.
