This album includes all 42 tracks, from their major debut single "Ikiteitan da yo na" released in 2016 to "Sketch / Kimi no Yume wo Kikinagara, Boku wa Wareru Idea wo!" released in 2025, including all singles and B-sides.

The limited first edition comes in a luxurious special edition with a 12-inch record-sized jacket and booklet. Furthermore, it includes a SPECIAL BONUS CD featuring the new song "Today is sunny, but chilly. I'm at home, playing the guitar."
