Anyone who does not agree to the following terms will be denied entry.

Regarding ticket sales:

• - Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled or postponed.
• -Due to future changes to the guidelines, it may become necessary to present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours of the start of the performance.
• ・We will follow the guidelines of the hosting local government regarding restrictions on hosting events and sell tickets at 100% capacity whenever possible.
• ・To prevent the spread of infection, we will hold your personal information when you purchase your ticket. The personal information we hold may be shared with government agencies to trace the infection route. If we are unable to hold your information at the time of purchase, we will hold it at the time of admission. In addition, we will properly destroy any personal information we hold approximately one month after the end of the performance.
• ・All tickets will be issued as electronic tickets, so they are only compatible with smartphones.
• ・We may ask you to verify your identity upon entry, so please bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
• ・Please refrain from purchasing products through any channels other than the official ones, as this is an important precaution against infectious diseases.
• ・If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your tickets, please use the "Official Ticket Trade" service.
• *The "Official Ticket Trade" service may not be completed if there are no buyers.

Regarding the day of the performance:

• ・Those who fall under any of the following seven categories will be denied entry on the day.
  ① Those who have traveled abroad within two weeks of the performance and cannot provide proof of a negative test result
  ②Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or those who are suspected of having an infectious disease, such as coughing, runny nose, headache, vomiting, or loss of taste or smell.
  3) If a person living with you has been infected or is suspected of being infected
  ④Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date
  ⑤Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date.
  ⑥Those who cannot keep personal information
  ⑦ People who are completely drunk
• -On the day of the performance, please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
• ・Wearing a mask is mandatory inside the venue. Please remember to bring one with you.
• ・In order to reduce crowding, entry will be regulated. Entry times will be assigned individually based on seating on the day, so please be sure to adhere to the designated time. In addition, exit will also be regulated, so it may take some time to return home.
• ・Temperature checks and hand disinfection will be required upon entry.
• ・If it is unavoidable that you must line up, please follow the foot marks and instructions of the staff.
• ・Please cooperate by maintaining distance between other customers within the venue.
• - Alcohol-based disinfectant will be available at various locations throughout the venue.
• - We will disinfect shared areas such as around doors and toilets as frequently as possible.
• ・Before each performance, we will disinfect and sanitize the audience seats and common areas of the facility.
• ・Some venues do not have smoking areas.
• ・Please try to use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.
• ・Please be sure to take home any waste that may be contaminated with the virus (masks, tissues, etc.).
• ・Please refrain from shouting during the performance, using seats other than those purchased, or any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
• - The performance will be carried out with the ventilation functions of each facility maximized within the audience area.
• ・Staff may be wearing shields, masks, gloves, etc. when guiding you through the venue.
• - If you do not follow the instructions of staff, you will be forced to leave for security reasons.
• ・If you are in a wheelchair or require assistance, please contact the relevant performance office in advance.
• ・Please register for the new coronavirus contact tracing app (COCOA).
• ・We ask that you refrain from sending congratulatory flowers (lobby flowers, dressing room flowers), Present, letters, etc. (There will be no Present boxes. Please refrain from leaving presents with staff at the venue.)
• - Please refrain from waiting for attendees near the venue or on public transport, as this will cause inconvenience to others and is also in keeping with the infection prevention measures.
• ・When you arrive at the venue, please refrain from stopping anywhere other than the venue and go directly home.

After the performance ends

• ・If you are confirmed to be infected after a performance, please contact your local public health center and report it to the contact point for each performance. In addition, please register your positive information on the contact tracing app (COCOA).
• ・Please note that footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public. Please be aware of this before purchasing tickets.
