About e-tickets

As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, both applicants and accompanying persons will be issued electronic tickets via the "AIMYON OFFICIAL app."

This service is only available if the accompanying person does not have a smartphone.
Applicants will display both tickets together on their smartphones and will be able to enter together with their companions.
Upon entry, you may be asked to show identification.

  • *If both the applicant and accompanying person have smartphones, please answer the questionnaire for those accompanying people who do not have smartphones by selecting "I have a smartphone."
  • *If the applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter alone.
  • *If an applicant is unable to attend, the two items will be listed together as a trade. We cannot list only the applicant's item.
  • *Please be sure to bring identification with you on the day of the performance.

If you are suddenly unable to attend, please use AIMYON Official Ticket Trade, where you can trade at the regular price with peace of mind!

We provide the official AIMYON ticket trading service, where fan club members can exchange tickets at the regular price. Unlike ticket resale sites, you can rest assured from the transaction to the entrance, with "regular price transactions" and "guaranteed admission"!

Prohibition of unauthorized resale and transfer

  • *The name displayed on the ticket will be the name confirmed in advance at the time of application, and only the person listed on the ticket will be allowed entry.
  • *This ticket cannot be transferred for a fee without the consent of the promoter.
  • *Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we find out that you have made an illegal purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price, so please be aware of this in advance.

2. Accompanying Person Authentication
  • You will need to register your personal information such as your name, address, and phone number with Ticket Plaza in advance.
    Please ask your accompanying person to log in to their Ticket Plaza My Page and confirm and register the necessary information.
    Also, the registered phone number of your companion to be entered on Lawson's reception screen will be the number registered in the red frame in the image below.

3. Compatible devices
  • Electronic ticket issuance using AIMYON OFFICIAL app can be used with a smartphone that has an internet connection and a phone number starting with 090/080/070.

  • *Electronic tickets are not compatible with "Feature Phones," "Raku-Raku Smartphones," "Galaho," "Tablet Devices," and "iPod touch."
    Also, some smartphones are not supported. Please be sure to check the incompatible models.

4. Email reception settings

On the date when the tickets will start to be displayed, Ticket Plaza (formerly known as EMTG) will send an email to each applicant and accompanying person with instructions on how to receive their electronic tickets.

If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful with your spam settings.

5. How to receive (issue) tickets
  • Tickets for the performance you have won can be picked up via the "AIMYON OFFICIAL app."

    To prevent unauthorized resale, deliveries can only be made using the smartphone device associated with the phone number you registered when applying.

    • * AIMYON OFFICIAL app can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
    • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone number after changing your device or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support.
    • *If the accompanying person does not have a smartphone, the tickets of the accompanying person will be displayed together on the applicant's device only for the person specified at the time of application.

7. Notes regarding reception
  • When applying for one ticket
    Please be sure to enter your Plus member ID and password on the Lawson Ticket application form for authentication.
  • If you apply for two or more tickets
    On the Lawson Ticket application form, please be sure to enter the applicant's Plus member ID and password, and the accompanying person's Plus member ID and phone number for authentication.
  • If your companion does not have a smartphone, please make sure to select "Does not own a smartphone" in the survey on the Lawson Ticket application page that asks whether your companion has a smartphone.
  • If you apply for an accompanying person who does not have a smartphone, if the applicant is unable to attend, you will not be able to attend, so please put both smartphones up for trade together.
  • Applicants and accompanying persons cannot be switched when applying for the same performance.
  • Please note that changes to application details (such as changing ticket types) and cancellations are not possible.
  • If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be canceled.
  • We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats or lotteries.
  • This advance ticket will only be available to the member who purchased it and any accompanying persons.
  • Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.
    If we find out that you have made a fraudulent purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any other fees.
  • If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to apply depending on your browser. In that case, please try changing your browser to Google Chrome.

7. Notes on ticket sales and attendance

Anyone who does not agree to the following terms will be denied entry.

Regarding ticket sales:

  • Ticket sales will generally be limited to people living in the prefectures surrounding each venue.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity upon entry, so please bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
  • Please refrain from purchasing products through any other channels, as this is to prevent the spread of infection.
  • The personal information we collect when you make a purchase may be shared with government agencies.
    If we are unable to accept your luggage at the time of purchase, we will collect it from you when you enter the venue.
  • Tickets will be sold with one seat left empty in front, behind, and on either side, so tickets are limited to one per person.
  • If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your tickets, please use our "Official Ticket Trade" service.

Regarding the day of the performance

  • Anyone who falls under any of the following seven categories will be denied entry on the day.
    ① Those who have traveled abroad within two weeks of the performance and cannot provide proof of a negative test result
    ②Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or those who are suspected of having an infectious disease, such as coughing, runny nose, headache, vomiting, or loss of taste or smell.
    3) If a person living with you has been infected or is suspected of being infected
    ④Those who have tested positive for the new coronavirus within 14 days of the performance date.
    ⑤Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date.
    ⑥Those who cannot keep personal information
    ⑦ People who are completely drunk
  • On the day of the performance, please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
  • Masks are mandatory inside the venue, so please remember to bring one.
  • Entry will be regulated to reduce crowding.
    Admission times will be assigned individually depending on your seat on the day, so please be sure to adhere to the designated time.
    In addition, we will be regulating exits, so it may take some time for you to return home.
  • Upon entry, we will take your temperature, disinfect your hands, and disinfect your feet with a disinfectant mat.
  • If it is unavoidable that you must line up, please follow the footmarks and instructions of staff.
  • We ask for your cooperation in maintaining distance between customers within the venue.
  • Alcohol-based disinfectant will be provided at various locations throughout the venue.
  • We will disinfect shared areas such as around doors and toilets as frequently as possible.
  • Before each performance, we will disinfect and sanitize the audience seats and common areas of the facility.
  • There are no smoking areas. Please use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.
  • In order to prevent the spread of virus through waste materials (masks, tissues, etc.), trash cans will be removed from the venue. Please be sure to take any rubbish home with you.
  • Please refrain from shouting during the performance, using seats other than those purchased, or any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
  • The performance will be carried out with the ventilation functions of each venue maximized.
  • Staff may be wearing shields, masks, gloves, etc. when guiding you through the venue.
  • If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we will be forced to ask you to leave for security reasons.
  • If you are in a wheelchair or require assistance, please contact the relevant performance office in advance.
  • Please register for the new coronavirus contact tracing app (COCOA).

After the performance ends

  • If you are confirmed to be infected after a performance, please contact your local public health center and then report it to the contact point for each performance.
    In addition, please register any positive test results using the contact tracing app (COCOA).
  • Please note that footage and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
