AIMYON Singing and Acoustic Tour 2020 "Wind and Ribbons" has been postponed since last spring and we have been adjusting the dates to be later. However, in consideration of the spread of the COVID-19 infection, all performances have been canceled.
We have made this decision because, even though tickets have already been sold, we are unable to thoroughly implement the infection control measures that are currently necessary to hold a concert, such as limiting venue capacity, collecting personal information of all customers, and having customers agree to various restrictions, and we are therefore unable to create an environment where customers can attend with peace of mind.
We are very sorry for making you wait so long. We will continue to consult with venues and local governments to hold new acoustic tours, so please wait for a while until we can give you more information.
We will refund your tickets, so please check the refund details below and proceed with the refund procedure.

Please issue a "refund ticket" using this reservation number and the phone number you registered when applying, and then request a refund again via Loppi within the refund period.

■ Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket
You can get a refund at any convenience store where you picked up your ticket. Please make sure to print out your ticket before getting a refund.
Refund procedures can be completed at the Loppi machine inside Lawson or Ministop stores.

(Note 2) In order to refund fees other than the ticket price, you will need the various fee tickets. Ifyou lose the various fee tickets, we will not be able to refund the fees. Thank you for your understanding.
(Note 3) Regarding ticket refunds at night or early in the morning (from 9pm to 6am), as a crime prevention measure,we have received a request for cooperation from and received instructions from the police to limit the amount of cash in the register during those times. Therefore, there may be a shortage of change during those times, and just before and just after them, so we ask that you avoid making refunds at night or early in the morning.
