[Regarding merchandise purchases]

●When using the merchandise sales area, temperature checks and hand disinfection will be conducted.

●On the day of the show, priority will be given to customers with tickets until the start of the show. After the show starts, customers without tickets can also enter the venue.

●We expect the area to be crowded before the doors open, so we ask that you please come early if you plan to use the facility.

●Please take precautions against the weather and temperature, and be sure to line up in the right position.

●When lining up to make a purchase, reserving spots or cutting in line is prohibited.

●Returns and exchanges are not possible for items other than defective items. Please be sure to check the product, size, and quantity at the sales counter before purchasing.

●Please note that there is a limit to the number of tickets available for sale on the day of the performance.

●There is a purchase limit of5 items of each product.

●On the day of the performance, purchase restrictions may be changed without notice depending on the item.
