Information on merchandise sales at AIMYON TOUR 2023 -Magical Bathroom-Additional Show.

There are some important points to note for customers using this service, so please read them.

[Goods sales hours]

Priority will be given to customers with tickets for that day until the start of the live performance on the day of the show.

After the start of the show, even customers who do not have tickets for the day can purchase merchandise.

Merchandise will be on sale from 2:30 p.m. on each performance day.

*Due to venue preparation, advance sales may end 30 minutes before the venue opens.

*Please note that there may be changes to the time of the Tokyo Garden Theater performance only. We will inform you of any changes.

Merchandise will be on sale from 2pm for the Tokyo Garden Theater performances on October 30th and 31st.

Please note that in this case, only cash will be accepted.

[Regarding merchandise purchases]

●On the day of the show, priority will be given to customers with tickets until the start of the show. After the show starts, customers without tickets can also enter the venue.

●Please take precautions against the weather and temperature, and be sure to line up in the right position.

●When lining up to make a purchase, reserving spots or cutting in line is prohibited.

●We expect the area to be crowded before the doors open, so we ask that you please come early if you plan to use the facility.

⚫︎Please limit purchases to one per person.

If you are paying in multiple installments, we ask that you queue up at the end of the line.

●Please be sure to check the product, color, size, and change you have ordered at the sales counter.

Once you have left the sales floor, we cannot accommodate requests for changes to products or sizes or for insufficient change.

●There will be a purchase limit of 5 items of each product.

●If the product you purchased is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product. (Size or product cannot be changed.)

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on purchased products.

We will ask you to show your receipt when we assist you, so please be sure to bring it with you.

If you don't have a receipt, we can't assist you.

●In the unlikely event that you notice a defective product after the performance has ended, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that if the above period has passed, we may not be able to respond as we will not be able to determine whether the product is defective or not.

●Shopping bags will not be provided. Please bring your own bags to take your groceries home.

●We plan to continue selling goods after the show, but since there is a limit to the number of items that can be sold on the day of the show, if the products are sold out, merchandise sales will end at that point.

Sales will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5th at AIMYON OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE “AIM STORE”.

AIM members priority: October 5th (Thursday) 20:00 to October 8th (Sunday) 23:59

All customers: Monday, October 9th, 12:00~

Shipping will begin in late October.
