Regarding infectious disease prevention measures

  • ◆Due to the transition of COVID-19 infection to "Category 5," the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infection at music concerts" will be abolished from May 8, 2023.
    Therefore, we ask that you decide whether or not to wear a mask for concerts from May 8 onwards.

Ticket sales

  • ◆Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled or postponed.
    We are unable to provide refunds due to changes in guidelines.
  • ◆All tickets will be issued as electronic tickets, so they are only compatible with smartphones.
  • ◆We may ask you to verify your identity upon entry, so please bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
  • ◆Please refrain from purchasing through any channels other than the official ones as you may be subject to fraud.
  • ◆If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your ticket for unavoidable reasons, please use the ticket trading service at the ticket agency where you made your purchase.
  • *The ticket trading service may not be completed if there are no buyers.

Regarding the day of the performance

  • ◆The use of all penlights will be prohibited at performances from June 13th (Tues). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be forced to leave the venue for security reasons. In such cases, ticket prices will not be refunded.
  • ◆Some venues do not have smoking areas.
  • ◆Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as using smartphones etc. in the audience during the performance or using seats other than those you have purchased.
  • ◆The use of message boards, fans, etc. that obstruct the view of surrounding customers is prohibited.
  • ◆If you are in a wheelchair or require assistance, please contact the relevant performance office in advance.
  • ◆We ask that you please refrain from sending congratulatory flowers, Present, letters, etc.
    (There will be no Present box. Please refrain from leaving gifts with staff at the venue.)
  • ◆Please refrain from waiting for attendees near the venue or on public transport as this will cause inconvenience to other users.
  • ◆Please note that footage and photos of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public. Please purchase tickets after understanding this in advance.
Request regarding the use of penlights

For the currently ongoing AIMYON TOUR 2023 -Magical Bathroom-, we had initially allowed the use of official merchandise penlights purchased before the current tour. However, we have noticed that depending on how they are being used, it is sometimes difficult for surrounding customers to concentrate on the stage. We have also decided that it is better for the performance to not have penlights. Therefore, we will be prohibiting the use of all penlights at performances from Tuesday, June 13th onwards.
We apologize to those who were looking forward to using penlights, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

  • ④Select "Markerless" from the three-line menu bar at the top left of the screen.
  • ⑤Tap "Play" for the performance
  • ⑥Tap "Play content"
  • ⑦The Yuma will appear on the screen! Move it to your desired position and size and take a photo.
  • *You can share the photos you take on social media.
  • *Even non-members can enjoy the app by installing the official AIMYON app.
  • *Once an AR play has been played and saved, it can be played back even after leaving the venue during the tour period.
